Preventive Maintenance


We offer a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program.

You may choose to have an annual (one time per year) preventive maintenance check or semi-annual (two times per year) preventive maintenance checks. We recommend that you have your Generator serviced two times per year to best ensure that you are prepared for whatever the weather brings.

Our technicians regularly complete training seminars provided by each of the companies we represent—Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Onan, Caterpillar, and Generac—so they are expert in these systems and stay current on all products and changes to the product line. Their knowledge and expertise will ensure that your Generator will continue to perform time after time.

Customers enrolled in Preventive Maintenance service agreements are entitled to a 20% discount on replacement parts not covered under warranty.

As a Preventive Maintenance customer, we guarantee you that a service technician will be on site within 24 hours of any utility power failure should your Generator not function properly.
