Installation


Installation of any Standby Generator System is a complex process. Our staff are trained and expert at installing any system we sell. The following is a brief summary of the steps we perform as part of the installation process.
  • First, our customer approves the final design for their Standby Generator System
  • We coordinate the delivery and installation dates for the system with our customer
  • We install the system, which includes completing these tasks:
    • Meet all state and local building codes
    • Provide all materials needed for installation
    • Determine fuel line sizing
    • Coordinate installation of the LP gas supply lines, if needed
    • All electrical work by a licensed electrician
    • Obtain all required permits
    • Excavation
    • Maintain cleanliness of the work site
    • Deliver the Generator and automatic transfer switch
    • Set the Generator in its permanent location
    • Factory-authorized start-up, testing, owner demonstration and warranty registration
    • Provide warranty repair and customer support after installation
  • After the installation, our trained technicians can provide regular maintenance services to keep your system operating at peak performance
